Weekly Timesheets

There are several ways to submit our electronic timesheets:

1.   Please download a copy of the Weekly Timesheet, here.  There will be a downloaded file you need to open......  You will see an example of the timesheet and instructions on how to fill it out. Click onto the Timesheet (New) tab, this will show you a blank timesheet to complete.  Enable the editing tab.... Fill this out as appropriate for each day worked......

Save and rename the file as a PDF document to your device and then attach it to your email software package and send it back to: [email protected]

Save and rename the file as a PDF document to your device and then attach it using the form below (Choose File), attach your timesheet and choose the correct icon to prove you are a human then press "Send"

3.   If you do not have Excel installed on your device, please use the Edit Excel Online function to edit the file and then download to your machine to send back to Phoenix Drivers.

Timesheets MUST be submitted by 09:00 hrs every Monday morning to facilitate payroll and invoicing.  After all, we all want paying!!!!
