We, Phoenix Drivers Ltd based in Spalding Lincolnshire, have been establish and in business for 24 years. We are an accredited Logistics UK (the old FTA) Agency Excellence Scheme member
One of our long term clients have asked us to increase Driver availability for extra regular Full and/or Part time Drivers to cover their requirements going forward. We are currently looking to recruit several HGV/LGV Class 1 Lorry Driver for DAY work working from Spalding Lincolnshire PE11 3YR.
Due to IR35 regulations our client will only accept PAYE applicants for positions and are only open to PAYE Lorry Drivers. The work involves RDC Fridge deliveries (No handball ). Very clean work,
Start times 08:00 - 11:00 hrs for approx 12-13 hour shifts, ongoing long term opportunity for the right Drivers, with the possibility of Temp to Perm. We will offer 4 on/4 off shift pattern or 5 on/2 off, rotating 6 on/1 0ff, there is plenty of opportunity for overtime.
Pay Rates: £13.50 up to £17.50 (Annual approx £45,000)

- Attention to detail with excellent paperwork accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Carry out Safety Walk around daily vehicle and trailer checks
- Must be able to meet strict delivery deadlines.

Hold an LGV Class 1 Lorry Driver (C+E) licence with 12 months on the road proven experience, Max 6 points, No Drink, Drug, TT or Ban offence codes
Hold a valid CPC and Digi Card
Fridge experience preferred but not essential as training can be given
Knowledge of Working Time Directive and Lorry Driver hours regulations
